Founding member of Found in Translation Club established in 2015 and held monthly at Central Library Edinburgh with 50 books in translation read, talked and written about over the first 5 years of which 27 by male and 23 by female authors.
Through 2015-20 we have read books in the following languages in translation: Spanish (1), Spanish–Argentina(1), Norwegian(1), Italian(1), Turkish(1), Korean(2), Chinese(1), Japanese(2), Dutch(3), Danish(2), German(7), German – Switzerland(1), German–Austria(1), Swedish(1), Swedish–Finland(2), Finnish(2), Arabic-Oman(1), Czech(2), Albanian(1), Russian(2), Polish(3), Icelandic(1), French(5), Hungarian(1), Portuguese(2), Portuguese-Brazil(2) and English(2) of which one by a Bulgarian-born author writing in English.
